Essential Functions Deliver individualized competency based instruction through classroom and laboratory management in the occupational program areas taught to inmates.
Develop performance objectives and criterion-referenced tests in accordance with established program content.
Review, select and adapt instructional materials to help individuals reach mastery of the competencies required for entry, advancement and upgrading occupations.
Monitor motivation, discipline and learning difficulties to bring about positive change in the behavior of inmates.
Evaluate and maintain records of the youthful offender's progress toward completion of pre-stated performance objectives.
Promote the development of positive social skills through modeling appropriate behaviors and intervening when inappropriate behaviors are observed.
Maintain accountability of inmates and property; adhere to safety practices
Education and Experience Journeyman or three (3) years experience in the vocation being taught required. Valid driver's license in the state of Mississippi or Louisiana with an acceptable driving record required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
