The Position:
We are looking for an Property Manager for a large hunting and recreation property in the Woodville, Mississippi area.
We seeking a dependable full time hands-on manager.
Must have knowledge of deer, turkey, and fish management, capable of operating tractors, planting drills, cutters and basic maintenance of farm equipment, large excavator, dozer, and implements.
Compensation dependent on experience and capabilities as well as management skills.
Applicants should have the ability to:
Sets up and operates equipment ihn a safe manner.
Must posses or have the ability to posses license for deer hunting, turkey hunting, and fishing.
Possess management skills, mainly surrounding property management and up keeping.
Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely manner.
Move hand and foot levers to control diesel, electric, gasoline or steam-powered operating equipment.
May be required to manipulate equipment on unlevel working surface.
May assist in lifting, position and securing or materials and work pieces.
Responsible for observing and complying with all safety equipment rules.
Performs other duties as required.
Perform inspections on equipment prior to using.
Organizational
Responsibilities:
Observes load hook up and determines safety of load.
Manipulates controls to regulate speed and direction of equipment movement according to written, verbal or signal instructions.
Cleans and maintains equipment.
Inspects equipment for defective parts, documents and notifies the property owner of the defects or malfunctions.
Performs minor maintenance or cleaning activities on tools and equipment.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Integrity in dealing with other associates Team player with willingness to learn Responsible, self-motivated person with good people skills (ethics, attitude, honesty) High School Diploma or equivalent Neat appearance Ability to work with other personalities in the department and company Other Information:
